What's included when I book?

Everything you need for a brilliant party:

  • 2-3 live sets (around 50 minutes each)
  • Professional PA system and stage lighting
  • Background music and DJ service between sets
  • Your first dance performed live
  • Full public liability insurance
  • A dedicated point of contact throughout

Want to play your own Spotify playlist during breaks? No problem – we’ll run it through our system.

How much do you charge?

It depends on the package, band size, location and date. Rather than a one-size-fits-all price, we provide personalised quotes based on exactly what you need.

Drop us a message with your details and we’ll come back with options. No obligation, no hard sell – and we think you’ll find we’re more competitive than you’d expect for this level of entertainment.

Do I need to book a DJ as well?

No – we’ve got you covered from start to finish. We provide background music throughout your event, including between sets and after we finish playing.

We have playlists for every vibe, from chilled acoustic covers to club bangers. Or bring your own playlist and we’ll play it through our system.

How far in advance should I book?

For weddings, 6-12 months is ideal – popular dates (especially Saturdays in summer) book up fast.

For corporate events, 2-3 months usually works, though we can sometimes accommodate shorter notice if we have availability.

The sooner you get in touch, the more options you’ll have.

How much space do you need?

Less than you might think! We’re experts at fitting into all kinds of spaces.

As a guide: our duet needs around 7ft × 5ft, and the full band works best with 12ft × 10ft. Worried about a tight squeeze? Send us your room dimensions and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

Can we choose the songs?

You can absolutely have input – especially for key moments like your first dance or any must-play requests.

That said, after hundreds of events we’ve got pretty good at reading a room and building energy through the night. We’ll tailor the vibe to your brief (more rock? more Motown? more current chart?) and handle the rest.

Trust us – we’ve seen a lot of happy dance floors.

What if someone's ill on the day?

In 15+ years, we’ve never let a client down – and we’re not about to start.

We have a network of excellent musicians who can step in at short notice if needed. Your event will go ahead as planned, with a full band delivering a full performance.

Can we see you perform before booking?

Absolutely – and we’d encourage it. There’s no substitute for seeing a band live.

The best place to catch us is at The Celtic Manor Resort, where we play regularly in Merlin’s Bar. Get in touch and we’ll send you upcoming dates.

We can sometimes arrange for you to pop into a private function too, if that works better for your schedule.

How far will you travel?

Anywhere you need us. We’re based in South Wales but we know every service station on the M4, M5 and M6 by name at this point.

London, Birmingham, the Cotswolds, the South West – all regular territory. We’ll even travel abroad for the right event (preferably somewhere warm).

What's the booking process?

Simple:

  1. Get in touch – Tell us your date, venue and what you’re looking for
  2. Receive your quote – We’ll send options tailored to your event
  3. Secure your date – Pay a £300 deposit and we’ll send contracts
  4. Plan together – We’ll be in touch to finalise details, song choices and timings
  5. Enjoy your event – We handle everything on the day

Final balance is due 7 days before your event.
